With an entire weekend of art, drumming, role playing, combative arts, gaming, magic, and concerts, this festival was quite an experience. It was an absolute honor to dance and drum with William & Monica of Faith and the Muse. We never expected such an opportunity, muchless to do a closing fire show for the festival...

Initially, we were told a fire show wouldn't fit into the festival this year. Nonetheless, I was ready with drums, fire gear, and permits when we got the call that afternoon.
After drumming for an incredible accoustic set, I set off to setup for the fire show that evening. A powerful drum frenzy grew with anticipation beside the pool and stage as we prepared. Winds blew something fierce as I went on, making for a particularly challenging show.
To all the drummers, my safety crew, and especially our organizers... thank you so much for making all this possible!
